Sade's "Soldier of Love" debuted on the charts at #1 with 502,000 copies sold, according to Nielsen Soundscan. This is her most successful album to date. I think its funny that the older artists are beating our generation's leaders to a bloody pulp. Think about it: Whitney Houston, Susan Boyle, Lionel Ritchie and now Sade all had higher record sales in the last year than 90% of the younger artists. Time for some substance maybe?
